John Overmyer-Vice President Radio Division & Lead Broadcaster

John Overmyer was born in South Bend in 1964. He is a 1982 graduate of John Adams High School in South Bend and a 1986 Graduate of Ball State University with a Bachelors degree in Telecommunications. He’s currently employed by the South Bend Community School Corporation as the radio broadcasting teacher and has spent the past 25 years as a radio sportscaster. In addition, John is an Adjunct Professor of Broadcast Communications at Vincennes University and serves as the Secretary of the Indiana Association of School Broadcasters. John has previously worked for radio stations in the South Bend, LaPorte and Nappanee, Indiana areas.

John is married to his lovely wife Pam and they have a 6-year old son named Joshua.

In his spare time, he enjoys playing golf, eating out, and playing and attending spectator sports.

Darrell Yaw-Advertising Manager

Darrell Yaw graduated from NorthWood High School in 1978. He was a member of the Black Crunch football team during the 1975 and 1976 football seasons.  Realizing that he is a much better fan than a player, he is devoting his time to supporting high school sports. He has been employed at Goshen Coach, A Thor Company, in Elkhart for the last 19 years and is currently the IT Director.

Darrell and Connie, his wife of 29 years, have two daughters, a 2009 Bethel College graduate and another attending a local college.

When he is not attending high school football games, Darrell spends most of his time in front of his computer.

Jimtown Crew

Luke Miller-Play-by-Play Broadcaster

Luke is currently a senior at Bethel College majoring in Communications. He graduated from Jimtown High School in 2005 after lettering for Coach Sharpe's Jimmies for four years.  He has spent the last four years interning with Broadcastsport.net, as well as serving as the Assistant General Manager for Bethel's radio station, Pilot Radio. He currently resides in Wakarusa with his wife Erin.

Chris Gerard-Color Analyst

Chris Gerard graduated from Bethel College in 2009 with a  major in Communications. He was the General Manager of Bethel Pilot Radio and has also worked at WAYG and WION in Michigan. When taking a break from a full load of classes, he also enjoyed flying single-engine airplanes out of Goshen's airport and spending time with friends, especially his esteemed co-host, Luke Miller

Randy Mitchselen-Play-by-Play Broadcaster

Randy Mitschelen graduated from NorthWood High School in 2004. He was a three-sport athlete in high school, competing in Football, Wrestling, and Track. After studying at Purdue University for one year, he has returned to the area. The real reason for returning was, of course so that he could be heard on www.broadcastsport.net.

Jason Mishler-Color Analyst

Jason also graduated from NorthWood in 1999. He played football for 4 years there, and is currently an intern at Nappanee Missionary Church and is heading to IUSB this year for the first time. Jason says that, "He is better looking, smells better and is smarter than Randy".

Jeff Yeomans-Play-by-Play Broadcaster

Jeffery Yeomans, recently graduated from Riley High school. While there he was a member of the Career and Tech Honor Society and also was a part of WETL 91.7, the South Bend Community School Corporation radio station. After helping with play-by-play through the spring of 2008, he became the voice of the Riley Wildcats in the Fall of 2008. Jeff has returned to Beaver, Oklahoma, also known as the “Cow Chip Throwing Capital of the World”
